About me
- Regional Background
My journey has been shaped by a deep connection to community, culture, and creating opportunities for others. Growing up, I saw both the challenges and the strength that exist within our communities, which inspired me to pursue a career focused on making a difference. As a proud Indigenous woman, I have always believed that meaningful change happens when people feel seen, valued, supported and empowered to succeed.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a desire to create pathways for employment, education, and economic participation while helping organisations better understand and embrace Indigenous perspectives. Today, I am fortunate to combine my passion and profession, working to ensure that major projects leave a positive legacy for people, communities, and future generations. It is work that I am deeply proud of and personally invested in.

I am a Sustainability & Indigenous Operational Lead responsible for driving social impact, sustainability, and reconciliation outcomes across major infrastructure and construction projects. My role focuses on creating meaningful opportunities for Indigenous employment, training, procurement, and community engagement while supporting the delivery of sustainable business practices. I work closely with project teams, industry partners, government agencies, and community organisations to develop and implement programs that deliver measurable social and economic benefits. I also lead initiatives that strengthen cultural capability, improve reporting and governance, and support the achievement of corporate sustainability and Reconciliation Action Plan commitments. By connecting business objectives with community priorities, I help ensure projects leave a positive and lasting legacy for people, communities, and future generations.
