We were delighted to host the first UNIQ You Executive Breakfast on Thursday 31st March 2022. At UNIQ You, we’re lucky to partner with some of the most powerful players in the job market and it was wonderful to come together with senior representatives from our industry partners to consider how they shape their approach to engaging future female talent.
Attendees participated in a lively discussion about how organisations can continue to prioritise women’s representation in the face of a broader skills shortage, while also mitigating the impacts of a global pandemic and escalating conflict.
The Hon. Shannon Fentiman MP shared a video address with attendees talking about the government’s clear commitment to women’s economic security and the need to focus on pipelining girls into in-demand, more secure and high paid industries.
