About me
- Regional Background
I had no idea what I wanted to do when I was finishing school. I’d studied maths, physics and any of the hands-on elective courses that I could literally get my hands on (electronics, automotive, woodwork), because I really enjoyed taking things apart and figuring out how they worked and then putting them back together with my fingers crossed that they’d still work.
I ended up deciding to apply to study engineering at uni, mainly because I could continue figuring out how things work. When I was about half way through uni I realised that I wanted to get a bit more hands on rather than focusing on the theoretical side of things – so I went out and got an electrical apprenticeship at the same time.
