About me
- International Experience
I have worked both within Australia and internationally in a variety of roles, including as a Literature Coordinator, Head of Year, Head of English Department and currently as the Head of Academic Tracking & Pathways at St Hilda’s in Western Australia. I spent 8 tears teaching abroad in Singapore, London and the United Arab Emirates, which was a fantastic experience. I have enjoyed working in education due to the diverse range of roles I have undertaken and the varied cohorts I have had the pleasure to work with. I thrive on building relationships with students and their families and playing a part in planning their future pathways is incredibly rewarding. Beyond work I love to travel, am a wide reader and relish outdoor events such as open water swimming and trail walks.

The Head of Academic Tracking & pathways role has evolved over the past few years, with a focus on personalising individual pathways. It involves working closely with the Academic and Wellbeing Team to track progress for Year 10-12 students and provide support and guidance for improvement. The roles involves meeting with all Year 10 families to chart their senior program and Year 13 aspirations. I regularly liaise with Universities, Industries and VET providers to source student options and work closely with Year 12 students to gain university admissions, scholarships, attain qualifications, and explore career pathway planning.
